- 有相关工作经验优先

We’re currently looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to join our Financial Advisor team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily routine and other requests from the Voice President of Sales. If you have a passion for finance and investment, and you enjoy learning and exploring different projects and experiences, you are the right candidate.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Engaging with Financial Advisors, helping them understand the product and implement the onboarding process
- Use your findings to refine the onboarding process. Identify pain points and collaborate with a team to overcome them
- Organizing internal training sessions for Financial Advisors
- Growing your knowledge of the industry and our Financial Advisors; equipping yourself with the financial and investment knowledge
- Providing information and answering related questions to the potential Financial Advisor
- Assist the Manager of the Financial Advisor Success team with other duties
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is MUST
- Recently graduated from college or university
- Time management and organization skills
- LLQP licenses preferred
